Flat Rate Shipping Options

  • Standard - Order Under $180 - $11
  • Standard - Orders Over $180 - Free
  • Express - Flat rate $15

Fulfilment Times

All orders are packaged and lodged within 1-2 business days from when you placed your order. Please note we use both Australia Post and Sendle courier options to ship parcels.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping - 1-5 business days (7 for the NT and remote areas)
  • Express Post - Please allow 1-3 business days

 

Parcel Tracking

  • Upon order fulfilment you will receive an email containing your package tracking code and tracking link. Keep an eye on your spam box for emails from  sales@preggicentral.com

Flat Rate Shipping Options to New Zealand

  • Standard - Flat rate $12 AUD (8-13 Business Days)
  • Express - Flat rate $20 AUD (5-8 Business Days)

Flat Rate Shipping Options to the UK, SINGAPORE, USA and Canada

  • Standard - Flat rate $25 AUD (10-17 Business Days)
  • Express - Flat rate $40 AUD (6-15 Business Days)

Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

Please note: Import duty, taxes and any other destination country fees are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for further information prior to placing your purchase or check with an online tool such as https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/ . If the customer refuses to pay the duties/taxes imposed by their country and the parcel is returned to us as 'Return To Sender', shipping charges we incur both ways will be taken off any refunds requested on the customer's order.

RETURN SHIPPING

We do not offer free return shipping.

  • Both the original and return postage costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • When your return/exchange is processed we will retain or refund postage as required to ensure your purchase was charged the correct shipping cost including covering the cost of exchange postage.
  • If all items are returned, actual postage costs incurred by Preggi Central for your order will be deducted from your refund.
