Preggi Central offers Afterpay to our online/mobile customers only. At this stage Afterpay does not offer an instore service option.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP I CAN VISIT?
We certainly do! Open 7 days a week. We are located at Shop 1, 22-24 Wells St, Frankston, Victoria. All our products you see on the website, are also available in our retail shop.
CAN I RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS THAT WERE BOUGHT USING A GIFT VOUCHER?
We only offer exchange for items bought with a voucher. Postage costs are not refunded.
DO YOU HAVE MY ITEM IN STOCK?
If the item you selected was placed in your cart, then it should be available for purchase as our inventory is updated live to reflect what is available in store. Sometimes however, glitches happen. In the unlikely event that the item you selected sold out, we will contact you immediately to make arrangements either for a refund, or to let you know when the item will be back in stock.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE ITEM I CHOSE?
When your package arrives, if you simply don’t love your purchases as much as you thought you would, then just send them back to us for a refund or exchange (less actual delivery charges incurred by Preggi Central).
Be sure to read our terms and conditions for details on our returns policy. You will need to cover the cost of postage when returning an item to us and for any replacement items sent back out to you. If your purchase had qualified for free shipping there will be a shipping and handling charge deducted from any refunds.
WHAT IF THE ITEMS I BOUGHT DON'T FIT?
If any item you purchased doesn’t fit, just send it back to us and we can either send you a replacement size, or offer you an exchange or refund (less delivery charges). If you're not sure about fit, please feel free to contact us for advice. Check out our terms and conditions for details on our returns policy.
CAN I MAKE AN ORDER AND SHIP IT TO A FRIEND?
Of course! You can place and pay for the order, and just specify your friend’s address as the delivery address.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED, AND WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been processed. Your credit card will be debited immediately when you make a purchase at the checkout.
HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?
We exclusively use Australia Post for all our deliveries.
All AU orders are sent by Express Post.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders sent within Australia are sent Express Post - most parcels will be delivered next day if you're within the Express Post network. Rural/Country deliveries may take an extra day.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHERE IS IT?
All packages have a tracking number which will be emailed to you.
You will be able to click the link in your email to track your parcel's progress.
If you still need assistance please contact our staff on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to chase it up from our end for you.
MY ORDER WAS REFUSED - WHY AND WHAT CAN I DO?
Preggi Central Stores Pty Ltd reserve the right to refuse online transactions that have characteristics in common with fraudulent orders. These may include but are not limited to multiple attempts to pay being unsuccessful, unusual purchasing behaviour (ie unusually large transactions with many different sizes purchased), mismatched addresses and/or names, previously fraudulent behaviour.
