Returns and Exchanges
- No stress 21 Day returns
- For product swaps please notify us asap on email@example.com so we can reserve your required size/item. You will need to post us your item (at your own cost) and include a return pre-paid postage satchel ready for your replacement item to be sent to you.
- For change of mind returns - If your order was originally subject to free shipping the original postage and handling cost will be deducted from your refund. (The cost will depend on the size of your original parcel - contact our friendly staff via phone or email and they will let you know this cost)
- Returned items must be unworn in original condition and packaging and with tags attached.
- Regrettably, we are not able to accept returns of undergarments, swimwear or pantyhose for hygiene reasons.
- Postage costs for both ways remain the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed by Preggi Central.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, your rights will be as set out in the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted under those laws, if you return an item which is determined to be faulty we will make arrangements with you to repair or replace the item, or provide you with a full refund at our option.
Refunds, returns or credit notes are not available on sale items except where required by law, so please choose carefully. Unless otherwise specified, no further discounts are offered on sale prices.

Instore Layby - No longer available
With the introduction of Afterpay we have chosen to abandon Layby as a service.
You are now able to select Afterpay and Pick Up Instore on our website - we have many customers who even do this from their mobile phones right in our store.
You get the benefit of taking and using your garments straight away!!

Preggi Central offers Afterpay to our online/mobile customers only. At this stage Afterpay does not offer an instore service option.

CAN I COME IN TO TRY ON THE CLOTHES?
Of course! We have a large retail shop located in Frankston, and we are open 7 days a week.
CAN I COME IN TO PICK UP AN ORDER?
Absolutely! There is no additional charge to pick up your order in store. You can select this option during the checkout process. We have a large retail shop located in Frankston, if you're able to come in and see us, please do!
IF I SELECT "PAY AND PICK UP INSTORE" WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE READY FOR PICKUP
Immediately - unless stated in the items description we have all stock instore. As soon as you place your order we will get your package ready for you for immediate pick up.
Some common exceptions to this are the Elle Tens Machines purchased or some Vanchi Nappy Bags as we cannot support the full range instore. In such cases the manufacturer will be sending your purchased item directly to your shipping address.
CAN I RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS THAT WERE BOUGHT USING A GIFT VOUCHER?
We only offer exchange for items bought with a voucher. Alternatively, you will be given a credit note for use at another time, to the value of the voucher. Postage costs are not refunded.
WHY ISN'T MY SIZE AVAILABLE IN THE COLOUR I CHOSE?
Our online store tracks the inventory available in our store and updates the internet stock live. If we have sold out of a particular size or colour, you won’t be able to purchase that item online. If you desperately want the item, just send us an email and we can let you know if/when the item will be back in stock.
DO YOU HAVE MY ITEM IN STOCK?
If the item you selected was placed in your cart, then it should be available for purchase as our inventory is updated live to reflect what is available in store. Sometimes however, glitches happen. In the unlikely event that the item you selected sold out, we will contact you immediately to make arrangements either for a refund, or to let you know when the item will be back in stock.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE ITEM I CHOSE?
When your package arrives, if you simply don’t love your purchases as much as you thought you would, then just send them back to us for a refund, exchange or credit note (less delivery charges).
Be sure to read our terms and conditions for details on our returns policy. You will need to cover the cost of postage when returning an item to us and for any replacement items sent back out to you. If your purchase had qualified for free shipping there will be a shipping and handling charge deducted from any refunds.
WHAT IF THE ITEMS I BOUGHT DON'T FIT?
If any item you purchased doesn’t fit, just send it back to us and we can either send you a replacement size, or offer you an exchange, refund or credit note (less delivery charges). CAN I MAKE AN ORDER AND SHIP IT TO A FRIEND?
Of course! You can place and pay for the order, and just specify your friend’s address as the delivery address.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED, AND WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been processed. Your credit card will be debited immediately when you make a purchase at the checkout.
I DON'T LIKE PROVIDING MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS OVER THE INTERNET. CAN I PAY OVER THE PHONE?
Yes, of course! Although our site contains encryption technology which makes online transactions very safe, if you prefer, you can contact us over the phone to make a credit card payment. Just call us for details on (03) 8759 3545.
HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?
We use Australia Post, but we reserve the right to choose an alternate provider, such as a courier, depending on your location.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You should receive your order within a week of placing your order – sometimes sooner! If you require your items urgently for any reason, you can select express post during checkout which will ensure a quick delivery.
NO ONE KNOWS I'M PREGNANT - WILL YOUR PACKAGING GIVE IT AWAY?
If you would like us to leave any Preggi Central branding off the outer layer of packaging, please send us an email to email@example.com and we will be sure to oblige. Your secret is safe with us!
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHERE IS IT?
All packages have a tracking number attached, which should be in your email from us or we can help you to track it down with Australia Post. Hopefully its not too far away! Give us a call on (03) 8759 3545 if you’re still having trouble.
