Returns and Exchanges

  • No stress 21 Day returns
  • For product swaps please notify us asap on admin@preggicentral.com so we can reserve your required size/item. You will need to post us your item (at your own cost) and include a return pre-paid postage satchel ready for your replacement item to be sent to you.
  • For change of mind returns - If your order was originally subject to free shipping the original postage and handling cost will be deducted from your refund. (The cost will depend on the size of your original parcel - contact our friendly staff via phone or email and they will let you know this cost)
  • Returned items must be unworn in original condition and packaging and with tags attached.
  • Regrettably, we are not able to accept returns of undergarments, swimwear or pantyhose for hygiene reasons.
  • Postage costs for both ways remain the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed by Preggi Central.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, your rights will be as set out in the Australian Consumer Law.  Where permitted under those laws, if you return an item which is determined to be faulty we will make arrangements with you to repair or replace the item, or provide you with a full refund at our option.

Sale Items

Refunds, returns or credit notes are not available on sale items except where required by law, so please choose carefully.  Unless otherwise specified, no further discounts are offered on sale prices.  

Return Process

  • contact us on admin@preggicentral.com to let us know what you need (return/swap/other) so we can check product availability and reserve your replacement item.
  • Post your item/s to

  • Include a pre-paid, filled in, return postage satchel ready for us to post your replacement item immediately.
