Return and Exchange Policy

Return or exchange your item/s as per our terms and conditions set out below.

Return Policy

  • 30 day returns on full priced items. 
  • We do not offer returns on sale items. 
  • We do accommodate the exchange of bra sizes provided the items returned pass a full inspection. 
  • We are unable to accept returns of other undergarments or pantyhose for hygiene reasons.
  • Food products are also not available for return.

Return Process

Login to your account using the email address you purchased with. You can click here to login.

Find your order and fill out the return request for eligible items. If you require an exchange please make note in the comments. Then post your item to:

We do not pay for return postage - you will need to arrange the postage label or bag at your expense.

If exchanging wait for our staff to contact you with your desired items availability, then include an addressed + prepaid return Postage Satchel large enough to accommodate your exchanged garments, this way we can get your goods off to you immediately. 

In the case that your retained items fall below the free shipping threshold, if that was applied to your original order, we will adjust your refund to reflect correct original shipping costs.

If all items are returned actual postage costs incurred by Preggi Central for your order will be deducted from your refund.

Return Terms and Conditions

All returned items must be sent back in their original saleable condition.

All items will be inspected closely before your refund or exchange is processed.

We look for the following:
1) Unworn, original condition.
    We often compare the returned garment to a new one in our shop.
2) Packaging and Tags must be intact including swimwear liners.
3) No perfume, deodorant, tan or makeup marks.
    (Please be careful when trying on garments)
4) Wash or wear evidence.
    Smells of washing detergent will be rejected.

If your item does not pass inspection you may choose to pay to have it returned to you or we will dispose of the item.

Faulty Item?

We check each and every item that goes through our shop so hopefully this will not happen. (No baggies from china here - we inspect and steam everything)

If your item is faulty please get in contact as soon as possible. Your rights are set out under the Australian Consumer Law. After case assessment we will make arrangements to repair or replace the item; or provide you with a full refund at our option.
