We pride ourselves on using REAL couverture chocolate, not compound chocolate. This distinction is crucial as compound chocolate substitutes cocoa butter with vegetable fats like coconut oil, soy, or palm kernel oil & tends to have a higher sugar content. By using real couverture chocolate, we prioritise quality, authenticity, and a richer chocolate experience in our products.
