Your pretty peri sits between that golden hoohah and your exit shoot and is all too often forgotten about before the big day. Peri can get butt-whooping during birth. So a little attention to her in the lead up to, and following the grand exit, will make bonding with bub way less winceable. THE HOW TO

1 Perfect to massage after a warm shower or bath to help with relaxation + skin elasticity
2 Clean hands + empty your bladder.
3 Cover your thumb + around your peri with Peri Oil
4 Place your thumb 2-3 cm inside your vajayjay. Press downwards + firmly stretch your vajayjay, going side to side. You may feel a tingling or burning sensation - yep, that’s completely normal! You’ve got this mama!
5 Massage for around 5 minutes, 2-3 times weekly
6 Relax + breathe as you massage


Do not perform perineal massage in any of the following situations: Prior to 34 weeks of pregnancy. If you have placenta praevia (a low–lying placenta) or any other condition where there is bleeding from the vagina during the second half of pregnancy.

Do not apply to broken skin. If you are concerned about possible skin sensitivity, always do a patch test. If you are pregnant or have any concerns we advise to contact your health care practitioner before use.

Return Shipping

Both the original and return postage costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
