HOW TO USE
Insert into your bra with the silicone opening facing up and the spout toward the top of your bra. Adjust to sit gently against your breast — no tight pressure needed. Once done, remove the shell while leaning forward to avoid spills, remove the plug, and pour milk into a bottle or container.

Have had so many compliments in this from pregnant and non-pregnant woman asking me where it was from. Love these pants. They’re sooo comfy and stylish. Lots of stretch but hold their shape. You can wear them during pregnancy, and before / after with a draw string band.
